RETURN&REFUND
Due to the personalized nature of our custom items, returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personalization input errors by the customer are not accepted once the order is placed. Customization begins shortly after your order is confirmed, and we are unable to modify or cancel it once processing starts.
However, if the product you receive is incorrect, defective, or not as described due to an error on our part, we will correct the issue by offering either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the following:

Clear photos or video showing the issue

For printing or embroidery errors: detailed photos of the area with the error

For sizing issues: photo with a measuring tape or ruler if needed
If you are requesting a refund rather than a replacement due to a confirmed error on our part, we may ask you to return the item before issuing the refund. In such cases:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost

The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after inspection

Return Packaging: We do not accept any damaged returned items. Please ensure that the returned goods are undamaged, unstained, and that there are no missing items in the package. If any of the above situations occur, we will not be able to accept your request for a return.
CANCELLATION
Once your personalized order enters production, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please review all details (such as size, color, and personalization) carefully before placing your order.
FREE REPLACEMENT
This applies to packages with no movement for more than 3 weeks or far exceeding our estimated time of arrival. If there is no problem with the shipping address, you will receive a FREE replacement in a timely manner.
Also, we will take full responsibility within 30 days from order arrival, if the product(s)
- Have been crashed, damaged or faultydue to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
- Significantly different fromwhat you ordered, eg. your customized information is printed incorrectly
Replacement Process:
Please send us an email (service@fanaticsfootballs.com) including the following information:
- Order numberand your Email
- Video/ photo of the defective product
- If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
- If your claim is in regards to the sizing issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
We will re-send you a new product in the above situation if it’s confirmed by our customer service. We believe that REPLACEMENT may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we do not have policies for refund.
Note:
We typically DO NOT accept replacements due to customers’ mistakes such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address. So please check your address carefully before you check out.
Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE
In certain situations, we can offer a replacement for a small fee compared to the original price.
If you received an incorrect item, design, or size due to incorrectly entered customization details, a design fee of $5–$20 will apply.
In this case, you do not need to return the item you originally received.
